Updated Information

The ongoing modernisation of the Vršovice – Hostivař railway line will add a four-track capacity line and new stations at Praha – Eden and Praha – Zahradní Město. The desolate area of Bohdalec, Slatiny, and Strašnice will thus gain a quality capacity connection comparable to the metro, which will benefit the area’s development. In the coming decades, the area has the potential to become a place for quality housing with good accessibility.

We have helped the municipal district to complete the urban planning study, which we are now incorporating into the Metropolitan Plan, and also working on a new major change in the urban planning we initiated in an effort to open up the brownfield and remove the building closure of a large development area.
