The area between Barrandov and Slivenec will gain a significant new boost thanks to the tram line that is to be developed in the coming years. The new urban planning study by the A69 studio created in cooperation with the Municipality of Prague 5 will help to avoid chaotic construction in the area and to develop a quality district with new community amenities.
Our main goal is to connect with the municipal district and secure clear-cut guarantees and agreements with the developer regarding the co-financing of the school and kindergarten, community amenities and other necessary infrastructure.
